Item Details

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (7-Inch, Black or White)

Engage and entertain the entire family with the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 tablet from Samsung. This thin, lightweight Android tablet features a 7-inch touch display along with the same familiar interface as other Samsung Galaxy devices, making it easy to use. Use it to quickly browse the Web, watch movies, read e-books, or download apps from Google Play.

Clear, Vivid Display for Movies, Games, and More
The Galaxy Tab 3 features a 7-inch display with a 1024x600 resolution, as well as a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor--making it well suited for downloading and watching the latest movies and TV shows, reading digital books, playing games, and more.

Comes with Hulu Plus, Boingo, and Google Play Credit
The Galaxy Tab 3 comes with hundreds of dollars' worth of pre-loaded content. It includes a free 3-month Hulu Plus membership along with 12 months of free, unlimited Boingo Wi-Fi access in North America. In addition, the tablet comes with a $10 Google Play store credit to purchase apps, books, music, and TV shows.

Expandable Memory to Store Photos, Music, and Videos
The Galaxy Tab 3 offers 8 GB of onboard memory and features a microSD card slot that allows you to add up to 64 GB of additional memory (microSD card sold separately), making it easy to store songs, videos, photos, and other files. In addition, this tablet comes with 50 GB of storage at Dropbox, an online file-sharing service.

Familiar Samsung Galaxy Experience
The 7-inch Galaxy Tab 3 offers the same features, settings, and user interface as other Samsung Galaxy smartphones and mobile devices for a familiar and intuitive experience. Music, videos, apps, contacts, and other content stays in sync wirelessly and automatically on both your tablet and your phone.

Enjoy E-Books and Magazines
Using the Galaxy Tab 3, you can curl up and read a good e-book or browse through the latest issue of your favorite digital magazine using reading apps such as Kindle, Google Play Books, and Barnes & Noble Nook, all available through the Google Play store.

Universal Remote Control for Your TV
Thanks to a built-in IR blaster--the same kind found in standard television remote controls--the Galaxy Tab 3 can be used as a universal remote to operate nearly any TV or DVR. Samsung's WatchON app offers advanced features, including the ability to share content wirelessly between the tablet and TV, and interacts seamlessly with Samsung Smart TVs.

Apps, Movies, and Music at Google Play
Find popular apps such as Skype, Pinterest, and Facebook and discover movies, TV shows, music, books, games, and more at the Google Play store. Because Google Play functions in the cloud, all your content is available automatically on all your Android devices. For instance, you can buy a movie on your phone, stream it on your computer, and pause it and finish watching it later on your tablet.

Dual-Core Processor for Fast Performance
This thin, lightweight Android tablet is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and offers up to eight hours of battery life on one charge, making it easy to browse the web, download apps, check email, and enjoy social networking from wherever you are.

Front and Rear Cameras for Photos and Video Chats
A 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera makes it easy to use the Galaxy Tab 3 to conduct video chats with friends and family members, while a 3-megapixel rear-facing autofocus camera allows you to capture those special moments and upload them instantly to your favorite social network. How it works?

Pricebenders™ is a new section at TripleClicks.com that features live "penny auctions."

Pricebenders™ Auctions deliver brand new (and, occasionally, refurbished), brand name merchandise, gift cards, and more at prices that are far below typical retail. In fact, prices start at just $.01 (yes, just one cent!). With each bid received, the price increases by just one cent. The final bidder may then buy the item for the ending price (usually a fraction of the normal retail price).

TripleClicks "TCredits" are used for bidding. TCredits are available in paks of 1, 3, 12, 50, and 200...and for as little as $0.29 apiece. Note that TCredits can also be used for selling items on TripleClicks, for downloading music, and more.

Once you've got your TCredits, you're ready to start bidding. Be the final bidder and you win the item. It's that simple!

Special note: With Pricebenders™, even when you don't win the auction, you still win!...because for every bid, you earn 5 Member Reward Points. MRPs can be redeemed on tens of thousands of different TripleClicks products and services and music downloads.

One more thing: Each Pricebenders™ Auction also includes aPick-The-Price (PTP) contest, in which TC Members may win 200 FREE TCredits that can be used for bidding on future Pricebenders auctions, music downloads, listing no-longer-needed stuff for sale on TripleClicks, purchasing products, and more. It's only 1 TCredit to enter. Just log in at TripleClicks at the start of each new feature auction and click the Pick-The-Price Contest button. Then, just submit the amount you think will be the winning price of the item. You can enter each time we start a new auction, so you'll have multiple chances to win each day. If no one predicts the exact final price, the person who is closest without going over wins 50 FREE TCredits. In the event of a tie, the person who posted the winning prediction first will receive either the 200 or 50 FREE TCredits prize, whichever is applicable.

PTP Contest Rules:
1. Enter with one TCredit.
2. Entry must be submitted before the auction price hits $1.00.
3. One entry per TripleClicks Member per auction.
4. No purchase necessary to win.
5. Maximum of one prize per day.
6. No winners if the auction ends at less than $1.25.

Tips For Winning

Tips & Strategies For Winning Pricebenders™ Auctions

There seems to be no limit to the number of tips and strategies out there on the Internet about how to win penny auctions and spend the least number of bids to do it. Trouble is, there seems to be little consensus on many matters. Some “experts” recommend using auto-bid tools, others warn against them. Some stress intricate strategy and mathematical accuracy of bid timing and amounts. Others claim that winning is most simply a matter of bidding at the right time.

Pricebenders™ Do's

DO...determine a bid budget and stick to it.

DO...watch the auction timer. If the counter almost reaches zero again and again before starting over, it means that there are probably not very many members bidding on that item...and that means your chances of winning are higher.

DO...consider some of the less-expensive items. Generally, fewer people bid on cheaper items and, again, fewer bidders mean your chances of winning are higher.

DO...time your bids wisely. This is a vital factor to winning. Bidding right after the start of an auction, for example, is usually a wasted bid.

DO...observe the auctions and list of recently won auction items to determine the best time of day that consistently have the fewest bidders (generally, the lower the winning price, the less bidders there were).DO...enter the "Pick-the-Price" contest (located adjacent to all Pricebenders feature auctions). It only costs 1 TCredit to enter and it's simple, easy, and fun! Just log in at TripleClicks at the start of each new feature auction and submit the amount you think will be the winning price of the item. Yes, you can enter each time we start a new auction...so multiple times every day you have another chance to win! If you pick the final price exactly right, you immediately win 200 free TCredits, a $64 value! If no one predicts the exact final price, the person who is closest without going over wins 50 FREE TCredits. In the event of a tie, the person who posted the winning prediction first will receive either the 200 or 50 FREE TCredits prize, whichever is applicable.

DO...purchase your TCredits for bids in bulk if you can. In this way, you'll minimize your cost per TCredit (as low as $0.29 each) and ensure you'll have as many as you need to complete an auction. Running out of TCredits at the last moment can be costly...and heartbreaking!

DO...if you're on the TripleClicks homepage, check out the auction item's description page by clicking the item name. In this way, you'll be sure to know EXACTLY what you are bidding on and avoid unpleasant surprises later. You'll also be able to see the bid log listing all bidders for this item. Tip: Click on a bidder's name to see their TripleClicks "TConnect" Webpage to learn more about him or her.

DO...use Pricebender's Auto-Bidder with care! This useful tool can ensure your bids are entered automatically, so you won't have to stand by monitoring an auction...but it should be used carefully and with your budget in mind. Tip: Let's say you think an item's final price is going to be $5.75. A smart auto-bid might be to set up, say, 10 TCredits for between $5.50 and $6.00. Of course, keep in mind that if the price never reaches $5.50, none of your bids will be placed. Conversely, if the price goes beyond $6.00, someone else may win the auction after your ten TCredits have been automatically bid.

DO...read Pricebenders Rules & Policies and be sure you understand the rules and limits for participating in the penny auctions.

Pricebenders™ Don'ts

DON'T...spend more on an auction than you are willing to lose.

DON'T...wait too long to bid. Connectivity issues, computer crashes, latency (network delays), and other factors may interfere with your bid. If you wait till the last few seconds to bid, you're running the risk that your bid won't go through in time. And make sure you understand that when you bid, it just resets the auction clock, so being the last one to bid before the clock hits zero gains you little if anything...and may just keep you from winning if your bid is delayed by one of the afore-mentioned technical issues. If your strategy is to wait until the "last possible moment," we recommend bidding with NO LESS THAN 5 seconds remaining.

DON'T...get overly excited when bidding. You'll be more likely to break your budget and/or use your TCredits up faster than you need to.

DON'T...get in a bidding war with other bidders. If you can, sit back and let others battle and use their TCredits trying to out-bid each other.

DON'T...pick an item on which to bid just because it looks like only a few members are bidding on it. A lot of members wait until the last few moments to bid. So while it may look like only a few bidders are interested, dozens more are probably watching and waiting—particularly if it's a popular item.
